If you have already completed one of our ONLINE 3 month cooking courses and have decided to extend our course to 6 months, this is the course for you. 

A little bit of everything - baking (ultimate chocolate cookies), pancakes, shakshuka, chocolate treats, midweek meals (beef ragu, paella, slowcooked lamb, Malaysian sambal prawns/chicken, & puddings (choc puds, churros, tiramisu, profiteroles ...)

You will experiment with lots of skills, ingredients & flavours.

Our online D of E courses are delivered so you can complete the skills part of your Duke of Edinburgh award from your own home anywhere in the world at a time which works for you. For students local to southwest London and Surrey, we also offer an in-person classroom course.
