A little bit of everything - baking (cookies & cakes), snacks, midweek meals (pasta, paella, slowcooked lamb, ragu, Malaysian sambal prawns/chicken, & puddings (choc puds, churros ...)

You will experiment with lots of skills, ingredients & flavours.
