ALL ROUNDER VEGETARIAN 6 MONTHS
This 6 month vegetarian plan takes you from baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks.
Anzac cookies, muffins, fridgecake, chocolate traybake, sweet pastry, savoury sausage rolls, progress through to midweek meals including a curry, Chinese stirfry, , risotto, pasta bake, aubergine parmigiana, pizza, vegetable chilli with a crunchy topping, corn fritters, MiddleEastern snacks (shawarma) and finish off with a well deserved sweet pudding (chocolate mousse, creme brulee, Eton Mess, apple crumble, Swiss roll, sticky toffee puddings..).
Easy to follow and helpful feedback is provided by our friendly tutors.
Your broad range of recipes experiments with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award. Recipes can be swapped out to your liking.
