This course is for those who have not completed a bronze or silver cookery course with us.
Recipes include muffins, biscuits, shortcrust pastry parcels, sausage rolls, stirfry, smoky curry, risotto, one-pot chowder, salads, slow cooked lamb, shawarma, caramel and peppery chicken, cakes (lemon poppy seed slice, apricot loaf, orange polenta cake, chocolate traybake, Swiss roll etc) and puddings (Eton Mess, apple crumble, chocolate mousse or creme brulee) plus more.
Our online D of E courses are delivered so you can complete the skills part of your Duke of Edinburgh award from your own home anywhere in the world at a time which works for you. For students local to southwest London and Surrey, we also offer an in-person classroom course. Easy to follow and helpful feedback is provided by our friendly tutors.
Recipes can be swapped out if preferred.
