Join us on some Tuesdays at our new IN-PERSON COOKING COURSE and learn how to cook recipes from our 3 month STREETFOOD plan.
Starts 15 October 2024 and we will meet approx. every other week (7 in-person classes of your course) and the remaining weeks will be completed independently by you at your home. Recipes may include paella, Asian stirfry, sticky toffee pudding, caramel and pepper chicken bake, American pancakes, the ultimate chocolate cookie, Thai curry, sausage rolls, superfood salad…plus more! Learn knife skills, food safety and kitchen hygiene, build confidence, hob and oven skills etc.
In-class dates are 15/10/24, 22/10/24, 12/11/24, 26/11/24, 10/12/24, 7/1/25, 14/1/25

ALLROUNDER 3 MONTH BRONZE*
This plan takes you from baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks. A large range of recipes experimenting with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award.
You will start by baking Anzac cookies , cakes, traybakes, sweet pastry, savoury sausage rolls, progress through to midweek meals including a curry, Chinese stirfry, one-pot roast, pasta bake, MiddleEastern snack (shawarma) and finish off with a well deserved sweet pudding (chocolate mousse, creme brulee, Swiss roll, pavlova or the ultimate chocolate cookie, muffins).

ALLROUNDER 3 MONTH (EXT)
If you have already completed one of our 3 month cooking courses and have decided to extend our course to 6 months, this is the course for you.
A little bit of everything - baking (ultimate chocolate cookies), pancakes, shakshuka, chocolate treats, midweek meals (beef ragu, paella, slowcooked lamb, Malaysian sambal prawns/chicken, & puddings (choc puds, churros, tiramisu, profiteroles ...)
You will experiment with lots of skills, ingredients & flavours.
ALLROUNDER 6 MONTHS
This course is for those who have NOT completed one of our online bronze level courses.
You'll learn to cook snacky treats (biscuits, cakes, savoury rolls, apple turnovers), breakfast treats, midweek dinners which will be family favourites, something sweet for pudding. This recipe plan is full of foodie favourites from snacks to cooking a 3 course meal. It's our most popular recipe plan.

This recipe plan is made up from our family favourite cookbook - it's a mixture of sweet and savoury, snacks, lots of midweek meals and well-deserved sweet treats. Recipes include caramelised chicken with peppers, sesame asian meatballs, bangers'n'mash, the ultimate chocolate cookie, Pho, sweet and sour chicken, strawberry mousse, fish pie, beef with sesame noodles, lime drizzle cake...and you also have the option to substitute recipes with any of your own favourites.
