All rounder (standard) 3 MONTH BRONZE*

This  plan takes you from baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks.  A large range of recipes experimenting with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award. 

You will start by baking cookies, muffins, cakes, traybakes, sweet pastry, savoury sausage rolls, progress through to midweek meals including a curry, Chinese stirfry, one-pot roast, pasta bake, MiddleEastern snacks and finish off with a well deserved sweet pudding.

Easy to follow and helpful feedback is provided by our friendly tutors.

ALLROUNDER STANDARD 3MONTH (EXT)

If you have already completed one of our 3 month cooking courses and have decided to extend our course to 6 months, this is the course for you!

A little bit of everything - baking (cookies & cakes), snacks, midweek meals (pasta, paella, slowcooked lamb, ragu, Malaysian sambal prawns/chicken, & puddings (choc puds, churros ...)

You will experiment with lots of skills, ingredients & flavours.

ALLROUNDER 6 months

This course is for those who have NOT completed one of our online bronze level courses.

You'll learn to cook snacky treats (biscuits, cakes, savoury rolls, apple turnovers), breakfast treats, midweek dinners which will be family favourites, something sweet for pudding. This recipe plan is full of foodie favourites from snacks to cooking a 3 course meal. It's our most popular recipe plan.

All rounder (Vegetarian)* 3 months

This vegetarian plan teaches you baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks.  A large range of recipes experimenting with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award.

This 6 month vegetarian plan takes you from baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks - recipes include muffins,  oaty chocolate biscuits, no-bake lemony traybake, savoury snacks, pasta bake, slightly spicy stirfry,  smoky curry, vege shawarma, a delicious chocolate traybake, sticky toffee puddings & lots more.

Your broad range of recipes experiments with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award. Recipes can be swapped out to your liking.

Allrounder (Vegan)* 3 months

This vegan plan takes you from baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks - recipes include muffins,  oaty chocolate biscuits, no-bake lemony traybake, savoury snacks, pasta bake, slightly spicy stirfry,  smoky curry, vege shawarma & chocolate pudding.   A large range of recipes experimenting with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award. Street food course 3 months

Would you like to try interesting recipes from around the world?  You can choose between this plan or Streetfood_2  3 months recipe plan

Learn to cook Thai, Chinese, Indian, Moroccan, Korean, French, American...and more! More meals less baking. 

Recipes include Vietnamese lettuce wraps, Mexican  burittos with lime, Thai mince with ginger & chilli, Indian keema with parathas, Greek kofta, Middle Eastern Shawarma, Chinese sweet'n'sticky chicken, Italian risotto...  Vegan and vegetarian menus available. A brilliant range of flavours and skills to practise.

STREET FOOD_2 3months

Would you like to try interesting recipes from around the world?  You can choose between this plan or Streetfood 3 months.

This Streetfood recipe is also for students who have a sibling / friend completing the other streetfood course concurrently. It includes some fishbased recipes; cook your way around the globe and enjoy blackened haddock with salsa, aubergine parmigiana, tiramisu, smoky fish curry,  seafood with coconut dal, paella, churros,ragout, sambal chicken salad, pavlova...you will savour lots of interesting flavour and try new skills. 

STREETFOOD_6MONTHS

Learn to cook Thai, Chinese, Indian, Moroccan, Korean, French, American...and more! More meals less baking. Vegan and vegetarian menus available. A brilliant range of flavours and skills to practise.

Recipes & flavours may include Indonesian Chicken, Thai Pad Thai, Mexican Lime & Chicken Burittos, Cajun Cod with Salsa, Thai Red Curry, French Crepes, Italian Risotto, Ragu....

This menu is packed with delicious-ness and covers a broad range of skills.

The Fish-friendly Pescatarian course - 3 months

This recipe plan combines a little baking, snacks & midweek meals for those who like fish & vegetarian dishes & sweet treats to complete the plan.

Lots of interesting flavours & ingredients eg oaty cookies, savoury vege rolls, paella, ragu, smoky fish curry, blackened cod, chinese peppery stirfry, Tiramisu, churros....& more delicious recipes.

Your tutor will guide you through the course, helping you to gain confidence & make delicious food to share with family & friends.

Cookies, Cakes & Baking*

Learn to cook cookies, traybakes, cakes & puddings... everything & anything sweet! A large range of recipes trying new flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award. 


Cookies, cakes & baking - 3 months EXTENSION COURSE

If you have akready taken one of our 3 month courses and wish to extend to a 6 month course - then this is the course for you.

You will learn new skills, experiment with ingredients and recipes which will inspire your passion for cooking.

Recipe plan may include churros, traybakes, choux pastry, cookies, puddings (pavlova, selfsaucing puds) & savoury pastry treats.

All rounder - Egg Free

This recipe plan teaches you baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks.  A large range of recipes experimenting with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award. Suitable for egg-free dietary requirements.

All rounder - Gluten Free*

This plan teaches you baking to cooking a 3 dinner course dinner and snacks using gluten free ingredients..  A large range of recipes experimenting with lots of flavours and skills demonstrating the skills section of your award. 

BAKING_6 MONTHS GLUTEN FREE

Learn how to cook and enjoy using new recipes to bake cookies, cakes, snacks & puddings! Lots of sweet treats to share with family and friends.

3 month D of E ZOOM

We've made it easy for you to complete the skills part of your award.

Cook-along with Susan at a set time & date each week -lots of guidance & you can interact with others in your group as much as you like! Recipes cover a full range of cooking from baking, hearty snacks, midweeks meals & our favourite puddings eg chocolate oaty cookies, sausage rolls, a choc. traybake, burgers, one-pot roast, pasta with homemade sauce & meatballs....

Ingredients are mostly store cupboard basics (except when Susan suggests substitites to spice it up) & general kitchen equipment.

Each course runs for 12 weeks (3 months) so if you are doing 24 weeks (6 months) for your course then you can sign up for another block of 12 weeks or opt for our online course.
